Kendrick Edwards, born in Cleveland and raised in Houston, Texas, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in real estate, construction, and logistics. A third-generation builder, Kendrick
began his career at 18 by purchasing his first property, eventually founding Kendrick Madison Custom Homes, where he has built, renovated, and developed hundreds of properties, including gated communities and high-rise projects.
In addition to real estate, Kendrick co-founded a mortgage company and a real estate brokerage, further establishing his expertise in the industry. He later expanded into logistics, founding KMT and CFLOW (Cash Flow on Wheels), a groundbreaking initiative that helps truck drivers become owner-operators. CFLOW has grown into a major player in the trucking industry,
with over 90 trucks contracted with FedEx and Amazon, generating millions in annual revenue.
Through CFLOW, Kendrick has raised over $12 million in private capital, allowing him to grow the business significantly. Since 2023, he has owned and operated more than 75 semi-trucks, cementing CFLOW’s presence as a leader in logistics and trucking. Kendrick’s visionary leadership continues to transform both real estate and logistics, making him a driving force in multiple industries.
